Use 2 brownie mixes baked in a 9x13 pan (heavily sprayed with cooking spray). After it cools completely flip onto a platter and cut to shape of a football. Frost and decorate with white icing.
Believe it or not this brownie broke into 3 pieces (It didn’t cool long enough before I flipped it onto the platter). The brownie was so moist I just put it back together and the chocolate frosting hid the cracks. No one was the wiser ;-)
